Collection: Gas Cylinder Pallet

Karan and Associates Gas Cylinder Pallets provide a secure material-handling solution for storing and moving compressed gas cylinders within industrial, laboratory, manufacturing, and healthcare facilities. Designed for forklift handling and bulk cylinder management, these pallets combine heavy-duty construction with practical loading features to improve safety and efficiency.

Each pallet is fabricated from 2" x 2" structural steel tubing and 11-gauge steel plate, then finished with a durable powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and long service life. Cylinders are secured using polypropylene straps with cinch buckles, with optional chain sets available for additional restraint.

Forklift-Ready Design

All models feature integrated forklift channels measuring approximately 4-1/4" x 7-3/4", allowing two-way access from the front or back. The platform sits 4-1/4" above ground for stable handling while maintaining a low center of gravity.

Configuration Options

  • Standard cylinder pallets for 6"–12" diameter cylinders
  • Bulk configurations accommodating larger cylinders up to 22" diameter
  • Ramp-equipped models (16" or 18") for easier loading and unloading
  • High-capacity bulk pallets supporting large cylinder groups

Whether you need a compact 2-cylinder pallet or a high-capacity bulk system for over 20 cylinders, Karan and Associates offers scalable solutions to match your facility's workflow.

Compliance

When properly selected and used, these gas cylinder pallets help support compliance with applicable OSHA compressed gas cylinder handling, storage, and movement requirements, including 29 CFR 1910.101 (General Industry) and 29 CFR 1926.350 (Construction), as well as applicable NFPA 1, NFPA 55, and CGA P-1 requirements and guidance.

Compliance depends on the complete application and how cylinders are secured, stored, handled, and moved. Gas cylinder pallets themselves are not OSHA-certified or inherently "OSHA compliant." Always follow applicable workplace requirements and cylinder supplier instructions.
