We stand 100% behind everything we sell you. We strive to ensure the finest quality and craftsmanship in all of our products and services. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know. If we cannot satisfy you, we will accept back all items sold to you (excludes custom made-to-order items and items which are cut to size).
We provide a one year guarantee on all our products.
Items that are used outside of their intended use are subject to review for credit.
Note some finishes may have a slight variance and may not look identical - this also applies to parts that are hand-made.
Drawings provided are meant to serve as a guide only; we recommend waiting to receive parts before cutting or drilling anything to prepare for installation.
Please call us to set up your return at (909) 401-2914 or send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with instructions.
Items will need to be packed securely to avoid damage in transit which may potentially result in withholding credit. Once items are received in resalable condition, your return will be processed.
Refunds will be processed based on the original price of items, minus the return shipping charges and 25% restocking fee.
Please notify us immediately if your order was received without the intended items or included damaged or defective parts and we will replace the order and pick up the original package(s) at no charge.
