2. Gas Cylinder Storage & Safety
What types of gas cylinder racks and brackets do you offer?
We manufacture Gas Cylinder Racks, Wall and Bench Brackets, Cylinder Pallets, Liquid Gas Cylinder Racks, and Process Stations, all made from high-strength steel with durable powder-coat finishes.
What safety standards do your cylinder storage products meet?
Our designs comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.101, NFPA 55, and CGA guidelines. Every rack includes safety chains or straps to secure cylinders upright.
How do I know which rack configuration I need?
Each model is labeled by rows and columns (e.g., R3X2 = 3 wide × 2 deep). Choose based on the number of cylinders, available floor space, and whether you need wall-mounted, freestanding, or mobile configurations.
What’s the difference between a Gas Cylinder Bracket and a Gas Cylinder Rack?
A Gas Cylinder Bracket secures one or two cylinders to a wall, bench, or workstation — ideal for point-of-use applications.
A Gas Cylinder Rack is a freestanding or floor-mounted structure built to hold multiple cylinders securely in place. Racks are best for long-term storage and industrial use.
In short: Brackets are for use, racks are for storage — both ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards.
What’s the difference between a Gas Cylinder Rack and a Gas Cylinder Pallet?
Racks are for stationary storage, while Cylinder Pallets are for transport with forklifts or pallet jacks. Both keep cylinders upright and secure.
Can I use these racks for cryogenic or liquid gas cylinders?
Yes. We offer Liquid Gas Cylinder Racks and Process Stations specifically designed for heavier, insulated cylinders. Always verify cylinder dimensions before ordering.
Can your racks be installed outdoors?
Yes. Our powder-coated steel construction resists corrosion. For harsh or coastal environments, we offer stainless-steel options. Ensure compliance with local codes for gas storage.
Do you sell replacement chains or hardware?
Yes. Replacement chains, straps, and anchor kits are available for all standard models.
How should I mount a gas cylinder rack?
Racks should be anchored to solid walls or floors (concrete, steel, or wood blocking). Avoid mounting to drywall.
What is the warranty on cylinder storage products?
All products are covered under our Warranty & Returns policy, ensuring quality and performance under normal use conditions.
3. Laboratory Furniture & Casework
