We manufacture a full line of Gas Cylinder Racks, Wall and Bench Brackets, Cylinder Pallets, Liquid Gas Cylinder Racks, and Process Stations, all made from high-strength steel with durable powder-coat finishes.

Our designs comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.101, NFPA 55, and Compressed Gas Association (CGA) safety guidelines. Every rack includes safety chains and/or straps to secure cylinders upright.

Each model is labeled by rows and columns (e.g., R3X2 = 3 wide × 2 deep). Choose based on the number of cylinders, available floor space, and whether you need a wall-mounted, freestanding, or mobile configuration.

A Gas Cylinder Bracket is designed to secure one or two cylinders directly to a wall, lab bench, or workstation, making it ideal for compact spaces or point-of-use applications where cylinders are actively in service.

A Gas Cylinder Rack, by contrast, is a freestanding or floor-mounted structure built to hold multiple cylinders securely in place. Racks provide a higher level of stability and containment, making them better suited for longer-term storage, bulk handling, or industrial environments where safety and compliance are critical.

In short, brackets are for use, racks are for storage — both help ensure your facility meets OSHA and NFPA safety requirements.

Racks are designed for stationary storage, while Cylinder Pallets are used for safe transport with forklifts or pallet jacks. Both ensure cylinders remain upright and secure.

Yes. We manufacture Liquid Gas Cylinder Racks and Process Stations specifically engineered for heavier, insulated cylinders. Always verify cylinder height and diameter when ordering.

Yes. Our powder-coated steel construction resists corrosion. For harsh or coastal environments, we also offer stainless-steel options upon request. Depending on the gases being stored, a well-ventilated area is recommended. Please observe all local laws and regulations regarding gas
storage locations.

Yes. Replacement chains, anchor kits, and straps are available for all standard models.

Racks should be anchored to a solid wall and/or floor (concrete, steel, or wood blocking). Avoid mounting directly to drywall.

Our engineering and fabrication processes follow OSHA, NFPA, and CGA safety standards for laboratory and industrial environments.

Yes. SEFA certification requires independent laboratory testing for load, stability, and chemical resistance. ETL performs independent testing on electrical components of our lab bench systems.

If we cannot satisfy you, we will accept back all items sold (excluding custom made-to-order items and items cut to size).

Items used outside of their intended purpose are subject to review for credit. Note that some finishes may have slight variance, and parts that are handmade may differ slightly in appearance. Drawings are meant as a guide only—we recommend waiting to receive parts before cutting or drilling for installation.

Refunds will be based on the original price, minus return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
If your order arrived incomplete, damaged, or defective, please notify us immediately. We will replace the order and arrange for pickup of the original package at no charge.

Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and replace your item promptly.
