Gas Cylinder Racks

Karan and Associates Gas Cylinder Barricade Racks are engineered for secure, code-compliant storage of compressed gas cylinders in laboratories, manufacturing facilities, healthcare environments, universities, and industrial settings. Built from heavy-duty 2" x 2" square steel tubing and continuously seam welded at all junctions, these racks deliver superior strength, durability, and long-term performance.

Each barricade rack fully surrounds cylinders within a welded steel frame and secures them at the front using two levels of welded steel chains with snaps. Pre-drilled mounting holes allow permanent anchoring to the floor for added stability and seismic compliance (anchor bolts sold separately).

Designed to accommodate cylinders up to 12" in diameter, our racks are available in 20 standard configurations ranging from single-cylinder storage to high-capacity systems holding up to 20 cylinders. The structured width-by-depth layout makes it easy to select the right footprint for your space while maintaining organized, accessible storage.
